1…2…3 go, start, do and be.

Or think about it and then it will probably not happen.

We can only ever do anything now. However, our mind does not like the present moment. As, the ego thrives on the past and the future.

All the drama of the mind cannot survive in the consciousness of the this present moment and therefore all its energy is focused on denying now and creating thought to sabotage our desire to be present.

Over the course of a lifetime so few ‘bad’ things occur.

However, over the course of a lifetime in our mind, we imagine the most terrible happenings. Not just once, but again and again. All anxiety and worry, for nothing.

We choose to make ourselves suffer. What if we decided to just be and not imagine events or things that will never happen? Just be in the moment and be content with that.
