Ordinary moment

The amazing is there within what we are conditioned to see as the ‘ordinary’. We deny this present moment, for what we imagine to be a better one, either a memory of a past event or the projection into the fantasy of the future. The mind doesn’t want now, and therefore it is always seeking something else.

All that seeking makes us blind to what is actually around us and happening right now, the only moment that anything is real, the only time we can experience anything.

When we stop seeking, we see all that is amazing in this ordinary moment.

Creativeness

The past is not the guide to the future. The past is simply a memory in our head that the mind retrieves to try to plot out the future.

The past and the future only exist in our minds.

Now is the guide to everything, as we can only do in the present moment. So what we do now is determined by now, unless you allow the mind to dictate.

Allow action to flow from our very essence and being, free from mental distraction and noise. Our creativity is only limited by our mind and the past.
