We are always wanting to be at the next thing, and when we get to that we want to be somewhere else.
The mind is always seeking something.
This endless treadmill of discontentment with this moment now is the cause of great stress, anxiety, unhappiness and suffering for us. Always believing something better is coming rather than this ‘ordinary’ moment.
Be content with now, real life consist of this never ending eternal ‘now’ moment. It is where all things happen in our life, the rest is in our mind and is not real.
