Lenses and labels

The mind is a giant labelling gun that labels everything instantly, so much so, that in our unconsciousness, we do not even notice that it is happening. Then places the mind places lenses of filtering the world based on the label/judgement.

Try walking down the street or sitting in a room with others or even sitting in a room alone and not label things or people or what people say. Try not to judge or evaluate related to how it will affect us and our story.

The greatest form of intelligence is to observe without evaluation, and that means no judgement, no labelling…simply just observing and just being. This requires consciousness and detaching ourselves from the mind and its ego. We label everything through the judgemental lenses of our mind and once the lense is applied we only sense, see, feel, hear etc through that lense, so we do not actually see what is real, we see it through our mind’s lense.

The filters, labels and judgements of the mind can be removed by remaining conscious and by just being. Not feeling the need to evaluate everything.

Our own painkillers

When we accept our unhappiness, when we accept our anger, frustration, fear, worry anxiety and all these negative emotions and energies we allow them to be. We take the energy from them, we recognise that they are there and stop the fight.

It is the internal fight and denial of these things that lead to the suffering, they create negative vibrational frequencies and energies within us, that affect our mental and physical health. It is felt in every cell of our body and it remains there if we keep fighting it. In addition, we transmit them to others. We send out our negative energies and they affect others too and then how they react with us. We get trapped in on our negative energy, it’s just reflected back at us and so it continues.

It is always the resistance to what is, the denial of what has already occurred, that cause the friction, the tension, the negativity, the pain within. When we let go and welcome and accept all feelings and emotions, whatever they are, then there will be peace within. When we accept and welcome our unhappiness, it takes away its negative energy, we are no longer feeding the pain through our fight against not wanting to be unhappy.

We feed our own internal pain, when we let go, accept, we create your own ‘painkillers’, by our surrender to what is and then we change the negative energy to positive energy. It comes through our presence and consciousness.
