What’s stopping me?

I’m sitting here in the sun with a cup of tea, in my mind, I’m pondering the lack of time to do things that I used to, like my daily blog, my daily writing journal and my daily art.

Like we all do, I was excusing myself and making up all sorts of BS as to why I couldn’t do these things.

Instead, I just stopped the incessant scrolling on Instagram and Facebook and went to my Notes and started typing.

All that is stopping me is me and my thinking.

There is no shortage of time.

It’s what we choose to do in this moment right now that counts.

Chicken or the egg?

What comes first? The chicken or the egg?

Well, it doesn’t matter, to be honest, as it is only the human mind that has to have an answer to everything.

Life is a continuous cycle and as life is energy and energy never disappears, it means that life and death are the same.

A creation of a new thing and the a repurposing of that energy to a new creation.

A journey is made up of this eternal now moment. It isn’t about a beginning or end.
