Autumn is another part of our life cycle

Falling leaves by Philip Dodson

Life is a cycle, not a continuous thing.

Our bodies are constantly renewing.

All things are temporary.

Autumn is now upon us in the northern hemisphere and the leaves turn brown and fall off the trees.

This process is all part of the constant renewal and transformation that we as humans are part of too.

We see ourselves as separate from nature when we are nature along with all other things.

Welcome all changes as they are part of the ongoing ever-changing journey that is life.

Our parts of our life will have a spring, summer, autumn and winter and then it will start again.

Pointing the finger

We are conditioned to blame others and to judge.

If we want change, we must realise that everything is our responsibility, as change is an inside job.

It is not about others and waiting for them, it is about being first and about being brave enough to get off the bus and be different. It is about being vulnerable enough to be the light, not the drama and fear. We have to be brave enough to not fit in and not worry about others.

When we spread our light instead of pointing the finger at others we create an example for others to perhaps be inspired by. Rather than energise and feed the collective darkness.
