Showing up

Showing up in our own lives to be our true authentic self takes a great deal of bravery.

We are all very good at pointing out to others that they should ‘just get on with it’.

Yet, we rarely apply that to ourselves.

However, once we start down the path of showing up, each time we do, it gets a little easier to do. We build our bravery muscle by keep doing it.

However, it needs to be done at our pace and on our terms, after all, it is our journey and not somebody else’s.

Lack

The irony of a coffee table called ‘lack’.

Lack within us is the cause of our addictions as we believe that they will soothe our lack within.

Strangely these addictive behaviours actually cause more discontent and lack.

Joy doesn’t come after buying a new coffee table. Joy is a our true soul and is always there. It gets numbed and hidden by our mind-created lack.
