Seeing

Other people are not what our mind wants us to believe.

When we see others through the filters and judgements of our mind, then we do not see them at all, we see only what’s in our mind.

Then we act or form further beliefs and judgments based on the story playing in our own head.

If we choose not to be absorbed by our thoughts and we choose to be present, then we see others as they truly are and act from our true essence and not from biases.

Equally, we become our true self too, no longer dominated by our thoughts.

We are not our mind and others aren’t either. Stop the mind and start seeing.

We create what we fear

Fear it and we create it.

Whatever the mind creates as a psychological fear, as in a fear of a future, not real situation, then we end up manifesting that very fear through our actions.

When we are unconscious in our repeating mind patterns, we become our thoughts and our actions and energy reflect them.

Present moment situations we can always deal with. Anything beyond this moment creates anxiety, uncertainty and eventually fear.

Our mind denies the present moment, it’s simply a means to an end. Therefore, we are often jumping from one fear to the next.

Creating the very thing we fear.
