Don’t look for the darkness in others

Being free of judgement and evaluation of others means being able to remain connected to and compassionate with people who do not share the same views as you.

In an increasingly polarised world, it is more important than ever to see others as another human soul and equal, to be able to look for what connects us rather than what our minds use to separate us.

If we have a different view it does not make another right or wrong, good or bad, they are just holding a different view. The more empathy and compassion we show each other and the more we seek to understand others first, the more we can converse.

We are the one life, we are the one human race and underneath the judgements and egos, we are one.

Don’t have someone for a difference, love them for what we share. Look always for the light, not the darkness.

Passive and safe

The more we reduce risk from our lives as humans, the less progress we make. We become stagnant and lacking…the safeness removes the ‘frisante’ needed to create invention and daring.

Without risk, there is no point in trying anything new.

Risk is what gives us the charge we need to try something new knowing it may or may not work. Risk is at the outer edge of the circle, it is the threat of danger that builds the excitement and it’s why we love life, it is why we break out of the circle and create change. We break the rules and without that…well, life becomes controlled.

The never-ending craving for no risk in life as humans is leading us to a sterile, homogenised world of compliance and slavery. Simple cogs in the machine…passive and safe.
