13 and half years

We think that we do not have time to do things, but there is always time, it is now.

It is what we choose to do with our time and it means that we have to perhaps do less of one thing in order to introduce another activity into our lives.

It is what we choose and if we really want to do something, then we can find the time. But there is a difference between what our mind imagines we want to do to fit our story, image and ego and what our soul really wants to experience.

Once we listen to our feelings instead of the mind and its sabotaging thoughts, then we can, of course, find the time and it is now, the only time we actually ever do anything.

However, if we still think there isn’t time, we could always spend a little less time watching stuff like YouTube, Netflix, TikTok, Prime Video, TV and so on. On average a human spends 4 hours a day watching/looking at media/internet/social media. Thats the equivalent of 13 and half years over the course of an average life of 82 years. Imagine all the things you can do in the 13 and half years!!!

Still think we don’t have time?

Listen to your feelings, let go of the mind, its sabotaging thoughts and its stories. Be you, do what you love and do it now.

It’s all lies

Inside our bubble of the same opinions we do not hear the voice of the other bubble.

This is where the human race is right now, in multiple bubbles not hearing a word of what anyone says if they aren’t from our bubble of opinions.

Fear of even being slightly contaminated by another contrary view leads the members of one bubble to wage hate-fuelled war on the other contrary group.

There is no longer any open respectful debate just hatred of anything different to our view.

The bubble cries out ‘it’s all a lie’ and where does this leave human race?

Fearful, hateful and lacking any compassion, empathy or understanding of our fellow human.

Bursting the bubble takes courage and vulnerability, we have to let go of our egos and listen to the others and understand them first, before we have any chance of them wanting to understand us. We have to be brave enough to be first and not wait for others to burst their bubble.

The alternative is staying stuck in our hate-filled bubble echoing only our own voice.
