The closer we get to the opposite, to the different, to strangers, then the more we understand.
If we only experience our ‘bubble’ of life, then we lack the ability to truly understand and empathise with another.
Much of the violence both physical and mental is created from a lack of understanding as we stay within our echo-chambers and become fuelled with hate for anything different.
If we embrace differences we grow more together and become less disconnected and less fearful.
The more we go further away from seeing ourselves as one human race, both mentally and physically, one life, as all life is, the more we become lost, fearful, trapped in our minds and distrustful. Fear becomes the driver as we are separated into our bubbles of hate and opinion. Fearful to even listen to the other bubble.
The closer we come together, the more we trust, the more we choose love, the more we become the one life, the greater connected we become, the more we belong, the more at peace we are. Love is from the heart and is all about connecting with other souls and sharing our light with each other.
As Brene Brown says ‘People are hard to hate close up. Move in’
The world is divided and will only come together if we all choose to take our step first towards the other. We must be strong, brave and vulnerable to be able to step into the other person’s bubble, to drop our judgements and to open our hearts.
The further we continue down the road of separation the more fear will dominate.
Nothing last, everything is temporary with the exception of this present, eternal, moment and that is where we can become conscious, free from our minds, fear and judgement. It is where we can see each other as one, you are me and I am you, the one life.
Each and everyone of us a beautiful human soul, all worthy of love and all able to give love too.
