Dis-ease

The mind creates dis-ease in the body caused by thought and the subsequent emotions that those thoughts generate.

Emotions are turbulence in the body.

Every single cell of our body is affected by our thoughts and most thoughts are the repeating daily thought patterns that are mainly negative.

Worry and fear creates this dis-ease which create physical disease.

When we become conscious and disassociated with our thoughts then the thought patterns subside and so does the dis-ease and turbulence in the body.

Mind affects the body and causes illness and sickness.

Different roles

We spend our whole lives trying to be all the different roles that the mind has created for us.

Instead, we could save ourselves all the energy and suffering by just being ourselves. By being our true essence means we do not have to be anything or have to live up to an image and constantly maintain it.
