It passes

Whatever comes, it always passes, all things, situations, events, people and so on are temporary.

Yet the mind convinces is that they are permanent. Either for the good or the bad.

If we accept what is and accept people as they are, then whatever occurs we can be at peace with it.

Alternatively, we can allow our mind to make us suffer with its attachments to all things and all people.

These attachments don’t bring joy they bring expectations, conditions and that leads to burden on others and suffering within.

Acceptance allows inner peace and letting go of attachments allows us to accept.

It passes and that’s ok. Just be.

Short-term fixes

Everything we need for a healthy and joy-filled life is within us and within nature.

Only fear drives us to seek short-term fixes easily sold to us from others, that soothes temporarily the psychological fears created by our mind. Short-term happiness doses and temporary health fixes.

However, unless we connect with our soul, nature and the universe, the short-term fixes don’t work.
