Our own painkillers

When we accept our unhappiness, when we accept our anger, frustration, fear, worry anxiety and all these negative emotions and energies we allow them to be. We take the energy from them, we recognise that they are there and stop the fight.

It is the internal fight and denial of these things that lead to the suffering, they create negative vibrational frequencies and energies within us, that affect our mental and physical health. It is felt in every cell of our body and it remains there if we keep fighting it. In addition, we transmit them to others. We send out our negative energies and they affect others too and then how they react with us. We get trapped in on our negative energy, it’s just reflected back at us and so it continues.

It is always the resistance to what is, the denial of what has already occurred, that cause the friction, the tension, the negativity, the pain within. When we let go and welcome and accept all feelings and emotions, whatever they are, then there will be peace within. When we accept and welcome our unhappiness, it takes away its negative energy, we are no longer feeding the pain through our fight against not wanting to be unhappy.

We feed our own internal pain, when we let go, accept, we create your own ‘painkillers’, by our surrender to what is and then we change the negative energy to positive energy. It comes through our presence and consciousness.

How did you speak to yourself today?

How did you speak to yourself today?

Did you say kind things? Were you patient? Did you praise yourself? Did you treat yourself like the you would others? Were you empathetic to yourself? Were you your number one fan?

Funny how we can be so unkind to ourselves and hurtful, and yet, shudder at thought of speaking in that way to other people.

If we let go of the story, the ego, the self-image, then there is nothing to measure against, nothing to be unkind to ourselves about. Comparison to our self-image allows for a feeling of not being good enough and therefore a need to be unkind with the voice within.

Always start with being kind to ourselves, every day.
