13 and half years

We think that we do not have time to do things, but there is always time, it is now.

It is what we choose to do with our time and it means that we have to perhaps do less of one thing in order to introduce another activity into our lives.

It is what we choose and if we really want to do something, then we can find the time. But there is a difference between what our mind imagines we want to do to fit our story, image and ego and what our soul really wants to experience.

Once we listen to our feelings instead of the mind and its sabotaging thoughts, then we can, of course, find the time and it is now, the only time we actually ever do anything.

However, if we still think there isn’t time, we could always spend a little less time watching stuff like YouTube, Netflix, TikTok, Prime Video, TV and so on. On average a human spends 4 hours a day watching/looking at media/internet/social media. Thats the equivalent of 13 and half years over the course of an average life of 82 years. Imagine all the things you can do in the 13 and half years!!!

Still think we don’t have time?

Listen to your feelings, let go of the mind, its sabotaging thoughts and its stories. Be you, do what you love and do it now.

Our own shadow is frightening

We create what we fear.

What we think about we manifest.

If we believe bad things will happen, then they will.

This then becomes the collective fear through the digital matrix and through physical interaction within communities and collectives communities.

If we choose to live in the moment, detached from our thoughts and the psychological fear that the mind constantly creates by it’s projections into the fantasy that is the future, then we can be at peace within. Then that’s what we manifest in our life…peace and calm, without fear.

Now there is so much collective fear that we are no frightened of our own shadow.
