Attachment

It is our attachment to things and desires that causes us to suffer within.

Our acceptance of what is, gratitude and simply being that free us from that suffering.

Free from stories

Stop, pause, and ask, what story am I telling myself?

Whatever the story is, you are choosing what to tell yourself.

So we can change that story at any point.

The other thing even more important than that is, it is only your mind that is creating this story or stories very often. It isn’t the real you it is just your mind and its ego.

If you want to live out the fantasies of your mind then at least choose a good one. Better still live in the real life of this moment free from any attachment to your mind and its stories.
