Freedom isn’t quitting work, selling everything and living in a beach hut.
Freedom is letting go, accepting what is and being conscious away from our mind and its ego.
You can be in prison and free and be living what society calls a ‘normal’ life trapped by your mind.
One of the most challenging things in life is the most rewarding if mastered.
Letting go of attachment to things or people gives us true freedom and inner peace.
The challenge is that we are conditioned to seek ownership of things and people from a very early age.
Nothing is forever…things and people are all temporary. When we accept that and let go of our attachment to them we not only free ourselves but we release others from the burden too.
