What’s the worst that can happen?

When we are uncertain about doing something, which is often, once we think about it, we ask ourselves ‘what is the worst that can happen?’.

What if we choose to look at the best possible outcome that could occur?

Would we start more things if we believed?

Without constant evaluation

The water is cold if we tell ourselves it is. It is, of course, just water.

The mind labels things and makes them so.

There isn’t a good or bad, there just is.

Things are hard, well, they are after we tell ourselves they are.

What we tell ourselves is a choice we alone make.

A life without constant evaluation and labelling is a conscious life of inner peace in this moment now…everything else is an unreality in our mind.
