Well, not really.
Seriousness is a waste of energy and is derived from the mind and its attempts to protect its self-image, the ego. We have to be seen to fit in and be ‘grown-up’, we can not allow ourselves to be exposed, vulnerable or seen as foolish by others.
Laugh, let go, accept, be at peace, see the funny side of things and be able to see the good in everything. It is part of living in the moment and enjoying life, which is a choice we can all make.

We can all get into the habit of taking life too seriously, instead, we could choose to build the habit of laughing.
I’ve met very few people who do not enjoy a good laugh, so enjoy laughing with others as often as you can.
Seems odd to even type this but I think we’d all admit to taking things far too seriously. There is humour and something to make us feel better or good in most situations in our daily lives.
Choose laughter every time.
