Create and not think

Another week goes by, here we all are on a Sunday. what will we do to make our difference this week?

Will we follow the same patterns? And then be surprised by the same outcome?

We aren’t here to check off the weeks, waiting for something new to just happen by chance.

We are here to experience and that can only be now and will only ever be now.

Waiting for anything is futile. We just have to do it now.

Sunday is the same as any day or time…it doesn’t matter. What matters is we create and not think.

Dis-ease

The mind creates dis-ease in the body caused by thought and the subsequent emotions that those thoughts generate.

Emotions are turbulence in the body.

Every single cell of our body is affected by our thoughts and most thoughts are the repeating daily thought patterns that are mainly negative.

Worry and fear creates this dis-ease which create physical disease.

When we become conscious and disassociated with our thoughts then the thought patterns subside and so does the dis-ease and turbulence in the body.

Mind affects the body and causes illness and sickness.
