Talk less and communicate more deeply

Talking is the external verbalisation of our inner mind-streams. A constant babbling brook of predominantly negative noise, of endless repetitive thoughts. The same repeating patterns of a lifetime.

When we become conscious in this moment we become detached from our mind and its thoughts, we are no longer associated with our ego and then there is a lot less talking. Our true essence has space and we become authentically our true self. We are not then dominated by verbalising our mind.

There is no drama to feed, no ‘look at me’ and no position to defend. There is no mental noise or filters of judgement clouding our senses and reality. We are free to be.

We can then connect more deeply to other human souls by simply being present and not talking. Sharing our light and energy.

Talking manly becomes a mask to enhance and protect our fragile egos.

We communicate through our vibrations when we are conscious. We become the one life with all other energy. We transmit our light and energy to others who receive it and grow from it. We are just balls of energy and beautiful loving souls and not our minds and thoughts.

When we talk less, we communicate more deeply, we share our love and light instead of our fear, negativity and judgement.

Without evaluating

One of the biggest steps we can make towards peace, calm and joy within is to observe the exterior world without evaluation. The highest intelligence is to simply observe not judge.

This means not viewing the world through the judgement, lenses and stories of our mind. It means stopping viewing the world through a filter, or filters, that we have built up through evaluation without any real truth and through our condition from the minds of others or the collective mind.

When we simply observe without evaluation, there is no judgement, just observation…no violence of our mind. We then actually hear, see and sense what is, rather than what the mind tells us that is.

It is our judgements that feed the suffering and pain within as it always has to be about how it affects the story of ‘little me’ that our mind has created. We can not suffer if we do not judge.

When we use our senses to simply take in the exterior world, simply being in the moment and observing those senses, then there is peace within. When we are truly conscious and at one with all that is, then we realise we are part of everyone and everything, we are all the one life, and none better or worse, no good or bad.
