Spreading it

If we want the world to be different it starts with us.

If we choose to spread love instead of fear then what gets reflected back is more love.

Fear breeds more fear and what we often do is take the fear within us and spill it without thought or care onto others.

If we choose instead to deal with our own fears and instead spread kindness, empathy, compassion and love then our example brings a chain reaction of the same.

Don’t look for the darkness in others

Being free of judgement and evaluation of others means being able to remain connected to and compassionate with people who do not share the same views as you.

In an increasingly polarised world, it is more important than ever to see others as another human soul and equal, to be able to look for what connects us rather than what our minds use to separate us.

If we have a different view it does not make another right or wrong, good or bad, they are just holding a different view. The more empathy and compassion we show each other and the more we seek to understand others first, the more we can converse.

We are the one life, we are the one human race and underneath the judgements and egos, we are one.

Don’t have someone for a difference, love them for what we share. Look always for the light, not the darkness.
