Our ego tricks us into believing that things happen to us, like someone or something is out to get us.

It feeds the drama and helps the separation that the ego needs. It attaches itself to situations and then comes the suffering within.

Things just happen, accept it and let go of attachment, it is only personal if we choose to want to suffer.

Do it

We suffer within from what we didn’t do more than what we did do.

A thought of doing is nothing more than a mental concept, the actual doing creates the real experience…the actual thing that matters for our life and joy.

At the end of the journey, none of it will matter, so we might as well enjoy the experiences and do it.
