Really matters

When we do something that really matters then all the little things that clog is up go away.

Suddenly we become conscious and in the moment, totally focused on what we are doing.

The repetitive thought patterns that plague us evaporate and we are at peace.

Do things that really matter and then nothing else matters.

Obsessing about it

We obsess so much about what could go wrong in life that we forget to enjoy life and live it now.

We’ll never know how it will turn out and whatever comes our way we always deal with…so just enjoy now. We are only ever alive this moment…the rest is in our heads.
