Nothing at all

We rush around all day long, every day, in our minds, stressing, worrying, full of angst…then it’s over! A whole lifetime went passed and we didn’t stop to notice it or enjoy it. Busy doing something but really nothing that mattered very much. We are conditioned to always be busy and if we are not the conditioning makes us feel guilty. ‘I must work harder’ we’ll tell ourselves.

When was the last time you switched off the phone, closed the laptop, stayed in your PJs and did nothing, just chilled on the sofa, read a book, had a bath, went for a walk, ate your favourite cake or perhaps even baked it?

Take days off for nothing at all.

Where does fear come from?

So what causes fear? Not the fear of a real present moment danger, as we can always deal with that…now. It’s the fear that we can not deal with.

We do, we create it all through our thoughts. As soon as we project past the reality that is now, this moment, it is the future. The future does not exist, so it creates uncertainty and we create a psychological fear of what might be. That is a fear we can not deal with so it causes us internal suffering.

The energy that we focus, often continuously in our subconscious mind patterns, on these fears, actually transmits to all that we do and to the people and world around us. Thus, we create our thoughts and they manifest into reality.

What we fear, we create.
