This dimension

Ask yourself right now ‘am I breathing?’, touch your face and feel your own skin, sit with your eyes closed and say ‘how do I know I still have an arm or a leg?’ and then feel the energy within your body and realise you do still have an arm and a leg.

We are not our thoughts, we are much more than that. We are life not having a life.

Then once we realise these things like we are breathing, we are alive, we have a body full of energy. Then notice that it is the real you, your soul and essence, that hears the noise, hears the thoughts, sees the image, feels the touch, experiences everything. That is the real you and it senses your consciousness too. Our so-called ‘normal’ existence consists of a concept existence, driven by the endless repetitive thought patterns of our mind.

When we become aware of this conscious dimension, beyond thought, then we realise that the real you and me, this ball of energy, this essence, this soul…it’s indestructible and safe, within us is the vast eternal space consciousness. We are at one with all that is, we are the universe, we are the creator, we are life, we are beyond our body and mind.

We then do not need to be attached to the fear of our mind, we can simply allow our love to flow, we can allow our light to shine, we can be authentically our true being and essence…then all there is, is peace, joy, love and gratitude. We can then connect with the true essence and souls of others free of the violence of the filters and judgements of the mind.

This dimension is freely available to every living soul, right now and always. That’s not a sales pitch for my new course on ‘how to be conscious’, it is merely a reminder of a choice we can all make, every single moment.

Burden free

When we place expectation on ourselves and others, we place a burden and the greater the expectation, the greater the burden and the greater the disappointment for us when we or others do not meet the expected level.

Equally, when we do something with a motive attached, say we open the door solely to look good and then expect a ‘thank you’ only to be disappointed by not getting it. We do things with strings attached.

If we act from our soul, from our feelings, and we simply be, then we suffer no burden within or disappointment. We equally spare the burden for others too. If we set no expectation of ourselves and others, we are free.

Just doing what we feel without anything attached is the best way to enjoy a guilt, an expectation and a burden-free life.
