Get closer

In the end, we are all one, we all have a ball of energy within us, our soul, that lives forever. We all die and be a pile of dust in 50 or 100 years from now, so there is the start. We share that with every person alive.

We could choose to look at what unites us, rather than what divides us. Look to how we can connect and love another not disagree with and hate them.

If we choose to look for the good in others, to accept them as they are, and to move closer to strangers, get closer to those who we think we are different from.

Connect with those who have a different opinion, or like different things. Learn to evaluate without judgement, to simply observe. Of course, this takes being vulnerable, to stepping out of our bubbles, to be prepared to be exposed.

Everything in our lives is of our making and we can choose to get on with fellow humans or not. We make society, we make everything, it’s a collective representation of us and our fellow souls.

Get closer.

Cross the stream

Every so often, or in fact, as regularly as you can, cross the stream and see what life is like on the other bank.

We spend far too much of our life experiencing just one-side, just one view, just one version of the world, staying among the same people in the same place. Online in our bubbles of the same flavoured world and people.

The world and people come in many different versions. We can only benefit from a wider exposure to it.
