Letting go

When we let go of things in the mind it also lightens the load on our physical body.

We hold those negative thoughts and emotions of the past within the very cells of our body. When we let go of them with acceptance that they are just a memory of the past, that it no longer exists, no longer can be changed, and it no longer matters, then positive energy will replace the negative.

We feel so much better mind, body and soul when we let go of things that just don’t matter.

Peace within

If we can learn to always accept this moment as it is and not dwell on the past or the future then we can be at peace within.

The moment we look back to see what could have been different or look forward to see what might happen because of what occurred, is the moment that we become trapped in our mind and deny what is. Futile and only causes us suffering within.

Always be at peace with what is.
