We are what we are

We are what we are right now. Our level of consciousness is what it is.

We can, of course, make ourselves feel bad by looking back into the unreal past and think what we could have done better. But we didn’t, so why look back?

Then we can say ‘by this time, I’ll be…’ and then create stress and resistance by projecting into the unreal future, where most often lies psychological fear for us. We will believe that this and that will happen as a consequence of doing or not doing, or maybe what the weather might do, or the government, or some virus will get us.

The thing is, now is our real life and instead of thinking about our life, we can actually be life in this moment and do. The thing is it is always better to just do and not think.

Accept ourselves always for what we are now and not what we might have been or could or should be. That thinking always brings suffering. Enjoying life by creating experiences right now is why we are here not to spend time in pain within our thoughts.

This dimension

Ask yourself right now ‘am I breathing?’, touch your face and feel your own skin, sit with your eyes closed and say ‘how do I know I still have an arm or a leg?’ and then feel the energy within your body and realise you do still have an arm and a leg.

We are not our thoughts, we are much more than that. We are life not having a life.

Then once we realise these things like we are breathing, we are alive, we have a body full of energy. Then notice that it is the real you, your soul and essence, that hears the noise, hears the thoughts, sees the image, feels the touch, experiences everything. That is the real you and it senses your consciousness too. Our so-called ‘normal’ existence consists of a concept existence, driven by the endless repetitive thought patterns of our mind.

When we become aware of this conscious dimension, beyond thought, then we realise that the real you and me, this ball of energy, this essence, this soul…it’s indestructible and safe, within us is the vast eternal space consciousness. We are at one with all that is, we are the universe, we are the creator, we are life, we are beyond our body and mind.

We then do not need to be attached to the fear of our mind, we can simply allow our love to flow, we can allow our light to shine, we can be authentically our true being and essence…then all there is, is peace, joy, love and gratitude. We can then connect with the true essence and souls of others free of the violence of the filters and judgements of the mind.

This dimension is freely available to every living soul, right now and always. That’s not a sales pitch for my new course on ‘how to be conscious’, it is merely a reminder of a choice we can all make, every single moment.
