Trust it

There’s a theory and a counter theory to everything. Some things are good for you and then some of the same things are bad for you according to another.

There are always these paradoxes and polarisation of views about any situation or topic.

You can read one thing and everything looks great and then another article or post and then it all seems bad again.

There is so much information and data for almost everything. We are swamped with information and blind to our own wisdom.

The thing is none of it matters. It is our own feelings that we can follow. We are born knowing all that really matters. We have all the true wisdom we will ever need for life, we are equipped to deal with anything.

Not facts and figures, stuff of the thinking mind, I’m talking about real wisdom from our very essence, from our soul. Innate intelligence which is beyond the limits of our ego driven story. We instinctively know yet the mind tries to block our feelings and intuition.

We have no need to ‘Google it’ we already innately know the answer to everything in life. Trust it.

The challenging moments

When we feel good, it’s easy to keep going. When we are in a peaceful environment, it’s easier to remain calm. When we are not under pressure, it’s more straightforward to be relaxed.

It’s the challenging moments in life that are harder to just be and to not react. To remain calm and at peace in the face of adversity or danger that show our true consciousness and connectedness to our true essence.

Peace is in an inside job and in whatever exterior circumstances it’s our willingness to stay within our soul and away from our thoughts, reactions and ego that maintain our calm and acceptance.
