The mind is like an ants nest, constant activity and no peace
Always the mind is looking for the next thing, not content with now.
‘What next?’ is the key to our individual and collective suffering. Never satisfied and never just being.
Helping others become even better versions of themselves

The mind is like an ants nest, constant activity and no peace
Always the mind is looking for the next thing, not content with now.
‘What next?’ is the key to our individual and collective suffering. Never satisfied and never just being.

Everything is about perspective, how we choose to see things and react.
We all see things from our perspective, how it affects our story. The mind and its ego filter what happens and we only assess things through the filters the mind applies. So we do not really see what is actually occurring.
If we let go of that story and see things as they are, without evaluation, then everything changes, we see reality.
