Challenges or problems

The universe intends for us to have challenges that occur in the present moment, it is only once we engage our mind and ego that it then becomes a problem. When the mind takes a situation and projects it forward into the fantasy that is the future, then the pain comes as we can’t deal with something in the future.

Whatever arises now, we can either choose to take action or not, but we can only ever resolve a real-life situation now. We can’t deal with it in the past or the future as neither exist outside our mind.

If we had no present moment challenges we would never expand and grow and life would not provide us with the rich experiences that make life what it is.

When we enter our time-bound and mind based unconscious life situation, then, of course, problems dominate our repeating thought patterns and cause us mental and physical pain.

If we remain awake and in the moment we can only have challenges to deal with now and we do deal with them without fear, anxiety, worry, depression and many other damaging emotions.

A life of peace and calm is there for all of us, we just have to choose now and presence.

What might be versus what is

What might be is fear, anxiety, worry, stress, not real, a mind-made fantasy, a thought that is the future.

What is, is the reality of this conscious moment, now, the only time and moment there ever will be.

What might be or what might have been, is part of our imagined ‘life situation’ and is only constructed by us for us in our heads. Memories of the past that are just that, temporary mental forms of something that no longer exists except in our mind, yet we are always painfully thinking of what might have been. Projections of the future, a fantasy place of the mind, either one of further misery or salvation, but if we get to tomorrow, it will be now.

Now is the only time we can actually ever experience anything, even if it was possible to travel in time, when you got there, it would still be now.

What is, is real life in the conscious time-free, mind-free, spiritual dimension that the one life of the entire universe shares.

What might have been or might be is just a temporary form constructed by the mind and is not real and only brings us pain and suffering, strangely seen as normal, yet is insane.

Funny nearly all humans for nearly all of their physical carnation’s existence are in the what might have been or might be dimension and hardly ever in the real timeless, eternal now moment that is true aliveness and true existence. Now is our being, our essence, our oneness with all that is. What is, is acceptance of what this moment is and all that has occurred, peaceful within our soul.
