Acceptance inside not outside

Inner acceptance of ‘what is’ does not need to be confused with outward acceptance.

Accepting what is and others as they are and as this moment is, enables us to be at peace, however, it does not mean we agree with it or are happy about it. Of course, we might be, but accepting inside is not agreement. It just means we are making a conscious choice not to suffer from what is, something that can not be change.

If we then choose to voice our view or act, it is from a place of calm and free from egoic attachment to the outcome, and again, removing any suffering from other peoples’ reactions.

Surrendering to what has already occurred and what other people are is not being a ‘doormat’ or weak, it is strength to be able to free ourselves from the resistance to what we can not change.

Inside is what counts as it is the only thing we can control.

It’s just a myth

It’s all just a myth…and we choose which ones we will follow and support. It’s how homo sapiens evolved and how modern humans we are able to control each other through mind created concepts.

Money…just a myth.

Laws…just a myth.

A company…just a myth.

Society…just a myth.

And so on. It is not a real thing.

A chair, a tree, a bird, another human are physical things, all the rest are things that are created as stories, myths, within the human mind. They are intangible, just a concept. However, nearly all of our daily activity is driven by our acceptance of these myths or concepts.

The thing is once enough people stop subscribing to a particular myth, then the myth loses its’ power and hold, it is no longer accepted.

The control of groups of humans by others throughout history has been achieved by creating myths that have hold over people.

It is interesting to observe what myths will emerge and ebb away.
