I’ve got a complaint

The thing about complaining is that there is no resolution, only a thing to fight with. Fighting something, which is essentially resisting what is, has no benefit ever. what has already happened, has already happened and will not change ever, the past is gone. Even if it was only a second ago. Inner peace comes from accepting inside what has occurred, a thing that we cannot change.

What complaining allows is the mind to feed its ego and the pain body, which constantly needs a drama to survive. It allows a sense of importance, or a sense of being a victim or both to manifest, something to be indigent about, to centre things on ‘me’. ‘Me’ is what the ego loves.

Complaining is habitual and once your mind gets you hooked it spirals downwards until only a continual state of complaining will manifest.

When we accept without resistance, then it is a minor thing of a trivial nature that occurs, that has no impact on our state of wellbeing. When the mind complains, it is a major incident, that only leads to more major incidents and suffering.

Being in the moment ends the need to complain and removes the suffering it causes us and those that have to endure listening to it. It also leads to peace within.

Our reactions to the external world

How do we choose to react inside to the external world?

Well, we can accept and surrender to what is. Build no resistance or negativity to the current situation. That is an inner acceptance that does not necessarily mean we agree or like the situation we just choose not to fight it internally. We do not have to actualise this externally through actions or words. We just choose to stay calm inside.

Another option is to remove ourselves from the situation. To flee.

There is one more choice, the one that most of us seem to opt for most of the time, continue suffering from our reactions to situations. By resisting what we cannot control and is already.

We can not control the external world outside of us, therefore, when we resist what is, and put up a fight in terms of how the mind and body reacts, then that activates pain and suffering within. It is all negative energy from our thoughts, reactions and emotions.

Surrendering to what is allows us to be free of that resistant mindset and enables us to act out of intelligence and from a position of liberation and peace.

Inner peace comes from choosing to no longer suffer and remove any barriers and resistance to the external world. It is a choice we can all make and we can make it now.
