What if this happens and then…

Whatever happens now, we will cope with it. We always cope with now, this moment.

Every other event is of our imagination, the mind creates them, and as it is not happening now, it isn’t happening at all, it is just a projection of the mind into the uncertain and unreal future.

We can’t cope with that so we suffer and it creates psychological fear. We worry about things we alone have created in our mind and by choice too.

Ask yourself ‘is anything happening now?’…the answer I can predict will be ‘no’.

So therefore, there is nothing to worry about. Just keep applying that easy test every moment until we realise, that to be honest, rarely much happens to worry about.

Relax and enjoy now.

The collective

When we connect and identify with the collective mind, then we suffer with the collective.

Of course, like anything in life, it is a choice to do it, but when we are within our own thoughts and not conscious, then it is easy to connect and identify with the collective mind. We become it as we have already with our own mind.

Our pain bodies thrive on drama, judgement, and negativity and therefore, when we are within our own suffering, there is a perverse comfort in connecting, identifying and become the collective drama. It feeds itself and we are drag along by the wave of all suffering.

The insanity of the human mind to actually connect and take on collective suffering too.
