Welcoming our feelings

The more we allow our feelings to be and welcome them, especially when it’s sadness, frustration, anger and so, the quicker they subside and pass.

When we resist and fight against our feelings they become energised, they grow and we become them. They stay and we suffer.

All things in life are there for a reason, welcome them all.

Going with the flow

Our very best ‘art’ whether that’s painting, singing, writing, dancing, running or any other form of our most creative self comes when we are in a state of flow. Where we have let go of the thoughts that restrict us.

Where soul, body and mind are aligned, where the thinking brain is silent, where we are totally conscious in this moment, where we just have the joy of creating right now.

Of course, we can choose to have this flow whenever we want. We just need to let go and go with it.
