Helping others become even better versions of themselves
If you aren’t happy today, now.
If you deny this moment and want a different one.
Then nothing Santa drops down the chimney tonight will change that.
If we choose to fall in love with this moment and accept it, ourselves and others as is, then joy will be there always and no gift will change that either.
The people who have everything live in constant fear of losing everything.
When you have nothing, you have nothing to fear.
Yet we’ve built a culture that drives us to own as much as we can in order to bring happiness.
It doesn’t bring happiness, it brings fear.
We can live without that fear of loss by not attaching to everything.
