When the mind is convinced of something, then we will act according to it.
What if we realise that we are not our minds and that we do not have to identify with it?
There real us is not the mind and we can choose not to be possessed by it.
Helping others become even better versions of themselves

When the mind is convinced of something, then we will act according to it.
What if we realise that we are not our minds and that we do not have to identify with it?
There real us is not the mind and we can choose not to be possessed by it.

We always seem able to find someone to blame, someone to judge, something to hate, something or someone to be angry about, we seem able to criticise, to manipulate, to seek attention from others, to take, to look for the worst, to seek revenge, to be mad about…to fight all and everything, after all we all hate ‘injustices’. But these are not real injustices, they are the injustices that the inner victim in all of us create and we then take it out on the world.
Perhaps, we could just be and be content with what we are, where we are, what we have and our current situation in life. Then we will find love, joy, kindness, gratitude, and meaning.
The moment we accept others truly for who they are, that means everything, not just some bits, and accept things we can not control for what they are, as in the world and other people and what they do and say. Then we are able to stop resisting everything and we are able to dissolve hate, judgement, anger, jealousy, meanness, criticism, revenge and all the negative things that our mind’s resistance creates. We no longer give it the attention and power it needs to keep going, the fighting creates the negativity.
Stop fighting things and be content…our individual world will change instantly.
