It takes patience

No matter how much we think we are something, the reality is we are not.

This works both ways, we can think that we are doing everything wrong or we can think that we are perfect. We are neither. We have a self-image that our minds create, we are not that image.

Patience is the key to it all when you are trying to expand and grow as a person, it takes a long while to unlearn the conditioning of a lifetime and the habits we have formed around it. It takes time to stop being the reaction, to stop the mindstream, to stay present.

If we stay in the moment, being patient with ourselves, even when things are challenging in our environment, then all of the mind chatter that brings us the suffering will dissolve.

Peace is always in the now, but be kind, it will come.

When we get there, it’s a let down

When the thing we so crave, desire and fight for happens, then there is often emptiness, nothing, a letdown. All that negative energy we have used to get to it.

The more we fixate our minds on things, especially material things or superficial ones, the more pain and suffering it brings us to get things that we didn’t need and bring us no joy. We simply move onto more pain to get the next thing, hoping that may bring us joy.

It is a repeating process driven by our falsely mind-created self-image, we crave things to fit our made-up story of who we are and think it brings us happiness as it goes with the role we are playing out in our head.

Who we really are is beyond the mind, and does not need anything to bring joy, as deep in our soul there is peace, calm, love and joy always. We are untouchable from the fantasy world that our mind inhabits. The world that most see as normal life!

Just be grateful for all that you have, use your inner energy to be at peace and to go with the flow of each unfolding moment, the universe will bring us what our soul needs and there will be only calm and no suffering, no negative energy fighting for things that are not needed.
