Calm

The vibes we send out is what we will attract.

Anger attracts other angry people. Hate attracts hate and so on.

Likewise, calmness and peacefulness will attract that.

The signals we transmit are what is happening inside us.

The more we stay away from our minds and egos, the more authentic we are. Our reactions are sensed by others. When we accept what is and remain calm and at peace, our reactions will be calm.

Our light shines when we are calm.

It’s not the action, it’s the reaction

Action is good.

Reaction is not.

When we take action, we feel good.

When we react, we feel bad, we become the reaction, which is not the real us, it is just our mind and emotions.

Action happens now, the moment that we are alive and requires us to be present. It leads to change, it leads to an outcome, it makes a difference.

Reaction is based on the past and on future fears, things that do not exist. It leads to anger, frustration, argument, hate and negativity.

Let go, accept what is, do not become the reaction, peacefully and calmly take action.
