Trying is the mind

When we try that is the mind and when we do it comes from the soul.

We are all creators of some kind, that is what we are here for beyond the primary purpose of simply being. We are here to create experiences.

However, when we try, the thinking mind takes over, and the ego is consumed by the outcome and all the fears connected to the fantasy that is the future.

When the mind is thinking it sabotages, manipulates and over-engineers. We will never create when we are caught up in our mindstreams of uncertainty and projections.

When we allow the creative flow of the universe to flow through our heart and soul, it manifests the ‘doing’ in this moment now. It is not blocked by thought, it just flows. When we are simply focused on doing without thought, our best creations simply flow.

Ignore the outcome. Just start doing and enjoy the process of doing.

What we play is life

In the words of legendary jazz musician and singer Louis Armstrong, ‘What we play is life,’ meaning that life is a game, playtime, fun, and a time to create, experiment, and create experiences. Let this moment be as it is intended to be and allow ourselves to immerse totally in it.

Life is a single constantly changing and unfolding now moment. It is the moment in which everything occurs, and the universe always gives us what we need. Everything is as it is meant to be.

We can then go with this and create our art, music, dance, laughter and whatever wants to flow from our soul…let it out to play.

It is important to go with this flow of electricity, energy, and creative juice and not to resist it.

Play, play and play some more. Dance, dance and dance some more. Laugh, laugh and laugh again. Be light, do not be serious and live this moment always. Do not dwell in the past or imagine the future, these are all states of our unconscious mind. Be conscious and create…keep playing the tunes that are the essence of our soul and what makes life a magical experience.

What we play is life.
