Grateful

Gratitude enables us to be free.

We are conditioned to want more and in wanting more we are always looking into the future, which doesn’t exist and therefore creates uncertainty. Wanting more is about judgement and a feeling of inferiority or superiority.

Gratitude is being at peace with what we have right now and removes our ego and the consequent suffering that not having enough will bring.

We all have everything we need right now.

Welcoming our feelings

The more we allow our feelings to be and welcome them, especially when it’s sadness, frustration, anger and so, the quicker they subside and pass.

When we resist and fight against our feelings they become energised, they grow and we become them. They stay and we suffer.

All things in life are there for a reason, welcome them all.
