Just breathe and relax

Once we allow ourselves to become unconscious in our thought, it is very powerful and before we realise it we are dragged from one drama to another. We lose any sense of now and our surroundings, we are in perpetual projection of what might happen. The unreal future that only creates psychological fear.

This not only affects our mental state it also manifests itself physically within the body.

Often when we become dominated by our thoughts we feel tired, frazzled, anxious, and many other feelings of general unwell.

An easy way to break this cycle right now and to disconnect from our thoughts is to simply breathe. To step away from everything and sit peacefully and just breathe.

When breathe and meditate it allows the mind to go silent, this strengthens our awareness and allows us to become at peace within. This calms the body too. We physically let go as well as mentally.

If we just count our breaths in and out, noticing our belly rising and falling as we breathe, then awareness comes, we can feel our energy and know we are life and not our mind and its thoughts.

Soon we become conscious and free from our mind streams and the drama. We are no longer in the future, we are present now.

Then we are relaxed just from focusing on breathing. What an amazing thing.

Becoming our fears

What we fear is what we become.

Our negative energy attracts the very thing that we are anxious about.

Like attracts like in every way.

What we believe is our reality.

If we think people are bad, they are.

If we think the world is a bad place, it is.

If we think people are out to get us, they are.

When we act from our soul and true essence, when we are detached from our thoughts, we become the love and light that we all truly are. Then the world is beautiful, lovely, people are kind and loving. We experience the real world that is this moment free from the negative lenses of our mind and its beliefs and fears.

Become our true selves not our fears.
