This a way to experience inner peace for any thought or emotion that arises. We can choose to adopt this at any moment and forever.

When we fight, energise, become thoughts and/or emotions and deny what is…then pain and inner suffering come.

Just observe

It doesn’t always need a view, a comment, an idea, or a judgement.

Let the mind be at peace and allow our thoughts on anything just float by. Once we energise them, then they will turn into words or actions or more thought. It becomes an almost never-ending stream of thought and causes suffering within.

Let things just be and observe. This allows us to observe without evaluation and this stops us thinking about literally everything all the time.
