We are not alone

Just be there for others, to listen and understand.

We all need it and we never know what others are going through.

No judgement, no advice, just a hug and a moment of our time to let them know they’re not alone, they are worthy no matter what and that it will pass.

Empathy not sympathy. An attentive ear not a noisy mouth and a warm heart to just love another human soul.

Wake up

20-30-40-50 years ago we might have had a house phone, a TV set, one car, one holiday a year, our ‘Sunday Best’ outfit.

We didn’t have a mobile phone (some have 2), a mini iPad, an iPad, a laptop, a home PC – that’s each. We didn’t have a car each, we didn’t have the internet, we didn’t have a TV in every room.

We have everything now, more than we can possibly use or value, we are connected to email, social media, the internet and the world 24/7 wherever we are. We have more devices, technology, connections and alerts than we’ve ever had.

Yet we are the most lonely, most disconnected, dissatisfied, inhumane, violent, hateful, distrusting and generally miserable humans to ever walk this planet. We are the most unconscious and mind-controlled ever.

If only we could wake up and see it. The reality of human’s insanity that we live on a daily basis is there for us all to see. Then it is a choice as to whether we want to stay awake or go back to the insanity of unconsciousness.
