ChatGPT, are you having a laugh?

Chatgpt, are you having a laugh?

WTF has happened to humans? In our never ending search for easier, supposedly freeing us up to live an amazing life, yet we spend most of our time looking at cat videos, car crashes and porn, not curing cancer or becoming loving conscious humans.

We want Chatgpt to do the work. Why are we so frightened of doing the work ourselves. Chatgpt won’t bring you soulful fulfilment.

When we use it to do the creative work or even so called mundane work, we are trading our humanness to simply be robotic operators of software.

When we do the work, we suffer, we fail, we learn, we work and sacrifice and that is the journey, the obstacle is the path. We have to put in to get back and easy leads to nothing.

In our insatiable pursuit of instant gratification and the tools to relieve us from the imagined burden of doing the work ourselves, we are effectively quickening the process of destroying any purpose to human life.

Well, I hear you cry luddite…well, ask yourself this simple question, why are we the most addicted, discontented and fucked up unconscious insane humans to ever inhabit this planet?

A simple answer…we are now so far removed from the soulful and joyous state of just being. All this ‘progress’ has led us to be rushing along the horizontal time-bound dimension, that we foolishly believe to be our life, that we are unable to be present in this now moment, the only moment that actually exist where life is actually real.

Life is a vertical dimension, there is no time, no past, not future. They are just fantasies in our mind. Therefore, saving time is laughable. There is only now.

Chatgpt is not the cavalry we have been waiting for to save us, there is no cavalry, there is just now and we are responsible for what we do now. There isn’t a quick fix. Anything of any soul-enriching value is derived from what we are prepared to do or not do.

Chatgpt simply reflects humans insane desire to escape now, to hide in the future or the past. Yet all it brings us is suffering.

You don’t need anyone else, we have all that we will ever need to have a joyful life. Having more ‘time’ to do what? More rushing to the next big moment, which doesn’t actually exist.

When these supposed ‘big moments’ unfurl, now, we are too busy in our heads focussing on the getting to the next one that we do not even enjoy this big moment.

We use now as a means to end to get to something else that we see as better. Chatgpt is like an express train to whisk us away from this moment that we perceive to be dull or something we don’t like.

Our never ending resistance to what already is, causes suffering, as we cannot change what is.

Leave Chatgpt alone and do the work, you’ll be happier and alive. You will have created it and that feels great.
