Instinct and suspicion

When our ‘gut’ instinct is based on a judgemental fear of someone or something, that’s not sensing something it is thinking something and is of the mind. It is fear based and is suspicion.

The mind creates all fear and therefore tricks us into believing ‘I sensed something was wrong about this person’. We believe this our wisdom that is telling us that all is not right. However, it’s only based on seeing the world through our pre-condition and judgemental lenses.

When our feelings are centred around love then it comes from our soul and that is our wisdom that is guiding us. When we feel the energy of another human soul.

Our true human essence is to love another human soul not to create suspicion from our own fears. The mind can easily trick us to create mistrust of our others and suspicion instead of love and trust.

Would it change your life?

What if…

We offered kindness by default?
We choose love instead of fear?
We choose to let go instead of reacting?
We choose empathy instead of advice?
We choose to listen instead of talking?
We choose to accept others as they are instead of judging?
We choose to trust instead of seeking to catch someone out?
We choose to live in this moment instead of in our thoughts of the past or future?

All of these things are a choice and can be chosen now and always.

Would it change your life?
