Second guessing

When we live our lives trying to second guess what others might think or like, we live a life dominated by our mind and we suffer.

If we choose to live doing what feels right to us, what we believe, what we feel, what pleases us, then we end the suffering within and we end the suffering for others too. We are spontaneous and we do what comes naturally, we do not have to keep trying to do what we think will please others.

Just be, just be ourselves, be true to our feelings and live the life we want.

Manifesting creativity

When we start the internal dialogue, does the voice ever say ‘that’s a brilliant idea’ or ‘let’s get started straight-away’ or ‘wow, you’re really good a that, do more’ and so on?

It normally starts with ‘why would you do that?’ or ‘she is much better than you’ or ‘last time you did that you messed it up’ and a whole raft of sabotaging comments.

Essentially among the 65,000 average daily thoughts are the ongoing sabotaging and repetitive ones, that’s the vast majority, that are mainly the same that you have every single day. They are the minds weaponry to stop the fragile ego being put at risk. They stop us doing and keep us thinking, no risk.

If we step away from that, if we build the habit of just doing the first step now, not in a minute or a bit late, but right now. If we instead of thinking, we stay conscious, then we avoid the repeating patterns, we prohibit the sabotage, we free ourselves to use the mind as the wonderful tool that it is, the tool that will manifest our creativity that flows from our soul and essence.

Creativity comes from the soul and is manifested by a mind that has the space to do that and where we are not identified or associated with the mind and its fragile ego. It is when we choose to use the mind as a tool not allowing the mind to use and silence us. We are the soul, the essence the being and the mind is part of our human carnation that allows that essence to express itself in the external world.
