It’s an inside job

Life is an inside job.

Our inner state is the foundation for what we manifest and perceive in the exterior world.

If we are consumed by our mind and all its repeating thought patterns, then we only see others, events and the exterior world through the judgmental filters that our unconscious mind has created.

Then based on that, we act and react. It becomes a vicious circle and our unconscious judgments are only reinforced, because that is all our mind will allow us to see in our never-ending righteousness.

If we choose to simply witness our thoughts and not energise them, we can then remain conscious and present in this moment. Thus allowing us to see the exterior world as it truly is and without the judgements that cloud all our actions.

We can then enjoy an inner state of peace and acceptance of what is.

Suffering comes from our unconscious righteousness that our fragile ego needs.

Our entire existence is only perceived and controlled inside us and we control that alone. It is our choice as to how we want to see the exterior world and what we want to manifest in it, act and react to.

Sort the inside out and everything is as it is and we can enjoy peace.

Back again

Back here again, it’s been a while.

I had been blogging religiously, daily, for many years and then lost the habit. I tried a few times to rekindle the habit but with limited success. I thought I was ready to start again each time, but I wasn’t.

I’ve slowly been learning that it is totally OK. I am still worthy…really I am!

We are conditioned to believe that we always have to be doing something, achieving something and constantly busy. It is where we get our recognition from and our fragile ego craves it. If we are not achieving we believe we are a failure.

Our primary purpose is to simply ‘be’ and be in this moment now, to be conscious. Then we could choose to manifest other purposes and our soul will guide us to what they are. However, if all we do for our entire existence is to just be, then that is it.

So ‘back again’ in itself is irrelevant, I have never left. It is only my ego that needs to blog daily and achieve something. My soul just wants to share my gif with the world out of love.

The person we think we are is always vulnerable, the person we truly are is never vulnerable.

We can either think and suffer and be trapped within our thoughts or simply be and be at peace. We cannot do both.
