No matter what the ups and downs, life goes on, always another moment and new start.
When we take that into account and just be grateful for all that we do have, not seeking constantly what we don’t have, then life is a joy.
Happiness is a choice.
Our existence is not meant to be serious. Enjoy it, have fun, let go and be free.
We imprison ourselves with our mind and thoughts, if we switch them off, we get let out to enjoy the world as the beautiful, amazing and joy-filled adventure that it is meant to be.
